Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the BlendBraid Service to manage relationships with your consumers or service users.

Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit BlendBraid.com and use the services.

Service: refers to the service provided by BlendBraid as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

Delivery

Thanks for shopping at BlendBraid.com. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

All our orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of when the order is placed.

Orders placed are shipped from Mondays to Fridays excluding Weekends and Holidays.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a link to track your package.

Shipping

All of our shipments are through our 3rd party Shipping company “An Post” which is based in Ireland.

Ireland Standard delivery €8.50 (2 working Days), Free delivery on orders over €100

UK Standard delivery £10 (3 - 5 working Days), Free delivery on orders over £100

All other Selected EU delivery €15.50 (Up to 5 working days)

Shipment outside Republic of Ireland:

We have no control over taxes, customs and fees on orders sent outside of the Republic of Ireland. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

Order Cancellation

We are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resalable condition. In some cases, an order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched usually within 3 hours of order placement.

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at support@blendbraid,com with the word "Cancel" present in the subject line.

We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods before issuing your refund.

Refunds

We at BlendBraid commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you are very pleased with our products.

All products purchased through this Website are covered by our 14 days returns policy.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging and we will refund your payment.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are damaged.

Please Note: BlendBraid is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid for by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

We will always do our best to ensure that your products arrive correctly and in perfect condition. We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.

However, occasionally mistakes do occur, or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible.

The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Please send an email with the word “Damaged” or “Incorrect Item” in the subject line with photos of damaged or Incorrect Item(s) to support@blendbraid.com before making the returns. We will assess the matter and then advise on the next steps to return your item(s). Damaged or Incorrect items need to be approved before they are returned. This would enable us to process your full refund including any postage you paid.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take 7 – 10 working days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
